Exclusively for law firms

True Revenue.
Truly Scale.

Make growth decisions with a clear distinction between verified retainer value and quoted opportunities. See what is recorded, what is still pending, and what needs attention before it can become a verified result.

Revenue intelligence

  1. Review quoted value
  2. Verify the retainer
  3. Plan from recorded results

The problem

A busy pipeline can hide an uncertain picture.

A firm can have many inquiries and a large quoted pipeline while relatively few prospects have signed retainers. If a verbal yes, an unsigned agreement and a verified engagement are treated alike, the numbers can overstate what the firm has actually secured.

Planning becomes harder when projected amounts are presented as results, or when a marketing source is credited without a reliable record connecting it to the retained matter. A useful overview makes the basis of each number clear.

How CRM.law helps

Know which value is verified—and which is not.

Start with authorized verification

Official retained reporting uses verified retainer amounts and the recorded retained date. A reported outcome or pipeline stage alone does not qualify. Authorized verification is separate from the credited closer's report, preserving the distinction between saying yes and a verified signed retainer.

Keep pipeline estimates separate

Open pipeline and retainer-pending totals use quoted retainer values. Estimated revenue at risk sums available quotes on unresolved opportunities with overdue follow-ups or completed consultations missing an outcome, counting each opportunity once. Missing quotes are identified rather than invented.

Review results with their source and period

Firm Overview shows date-scoped verified retained value and average retainer alongside funnel and source performance. Source-linked value depends on the attribution actually stored in the CRM. Daily outstanding actions remain visible even when they originated before the selected reporting period.

The business impact

Plan from evidence, not an unlabeled projection.

Separating verified value from quoted pipeline helps owners review performance and decide where follow-up or marketing investment deserves a closer look. The at-risk figure is an action-oriented estimate—not lost revenue, a probability-weighted forecast or a promise of future income.

Verified retainer value is not a measure of cash collected or fees earned. Trust deposits are not earned revenue, and CRM.law does not replace the firm's accounting or practice-management system. A future revenue forecast would need explicit timing and probability assumptions; no such forecast model is currently presented.
