Exclusively for law firms

Real Visibility.
Real Outcomes.

Know exactly where every consultation stands. Keep status, outcomes, blockers and follow-up together so a completed conversation doesn't become a forgotten opportunity.

Consultation outcomes

  1. Schedule the consultation
  2. Record the outcome
  3. Set the next step

The problem

The consultation happened. What happens next?

A prospect finishes a consultation but needs time to decide. The closer remembers a budget concern; the manager only knows the appointment took place. Without a recorded outcome, owner and due date, the next conversation can slip through the gaps.

A calendar entry tells you a meeting was scheduled. It does not tell you whether the prospect attended, what held them back, or whether anyone followed up. Scattered notes and verbal updates make that distinction difficult to see.

How CRM.law helps

Turn a conversation into a clear next action.

Separate scheduling from completion

Track scheduled, confirmed, completed, canceled, rescheduled and no-show consultations. A scheduled appointment is not counted as a completed consultation. The pipeline keeps consultation scheduled, consultation completed, retainer pending, retained and closed–lost opportunities distinct.

Record the decision and the context

Capture outcomes such as follow-up required, not ready, no budget or chose another firm. Keep the main driver, why now, blocker and last contact alongside the next step, so the closer can continue the conversation with the relevant context.

Make gaps visible to the right people

Assigned opportunities sit in the responsible person's pipeline. Firm Overview highlights overdue next steps and completed consultations without a recorded outcome, with links to the underlying records. Managers can review progress without reconstructing it from separate updates.

The business impact

Accountability based on recorded progress.

A consistent consultation record helps the team identify stalled opportunities, distinguish no-shows from completed conversations, and see where prospects stop progressing. It makes follow-up more deliberate without promising a particular conversion rate.

A prospect saying yes is not the same as a verified retainer. Retainer pending stays separate from retained, and official retained reporting depends on authorized verification—not a closer's reported outcome alone.

Every consultation should have a clear status, an outcome and a next step.

Better Intake. Better Intelligence.

Keep the next step as visible as the consultation.
